QWhat is the minimum shipment size?
For US sea LCL shipments: minimum 0.1 CBM / 12kg; Air freight to the US: 12kg minimum. Sea & air freight to Europe: 21kg minimum. Courier service: we accept from 1 kg. Ship what you have, when you have it.
QDo you include customs clearance in the price?
For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, import customs clearance and duty payment are included. For DAP or CIF-to-port, you handle destination customs. We always state this clearly in the quote — zero ambiguity.
QWhat if my cargo is delayed at customs?
Our team pre-checks all documents before loading to prevent this. If a delay occurs due to our documentation error, we handle communication with customs, prepare additional docs, and cover resulting demurrage costs. We own the problem.
QCan you handle Amazon FBA shipments?
Yes. We handle FBA labeling (FNSKU), FBA appointment scheduling, carton marking, and delivery to fulfillment centers across the US, UK, EU, and AU. We know FBA requirements in detail and stay current on policy changes.
QHow do I track my shipment?
You receive proactive updates at every key milestone via email or WhatsApp. We push updates to you — you do not need to chase. A tracking reference is also provided for real-time self-check anytime.
QWhat if my cargo is damaged or lost?
We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all shipments (we can arrange it). In the event of damage, we coordinate professional surveys, compile claim documentation, and advocate directly with the carrier or insurer on your behalf.
