We have Container Freight Stations (CFS) at major ports in the US, including Los Angeles, Long Beach, Chicago, Savannah, New York, and Houston. Trust me, your goods will just be one of many heading to well-known fulfillment centers.
Take FTW1 as an example: when the container is loaded at our warehouse in China, only goods destined for FTW1 will be placed inside. Once the container leaves China, clears customs, and arrives in the US, the entire container will go directly to FTW1 without needing to be offloaded and sorted at another warehouse. This process is faster and more cost-effective.
Goods heading to FTW1 will be offloaded at the Houston port, while goods destined for CLT2 will come in through the Savannah port. The goods arrive at the nearest fulfillment center port, which is cheaper because ocean freight is always more affordable than land transportation.

1. What information do I need to provide for a shipping quotation?
We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information regarding your shipment:
- Name of the product.
- Numbers of Cartons.
- Gross weight and dimensions of the carton(s).
- Detailed destination including the country and postcode.
- Expected shipping options and the estimated time of arrival for the goods to reach their destination after leaving the factory.
- Whether the product contains liquid, magnetic, or battery components.
- Pictures of the product.
- The cargo ready date.
Having this information will enable us to provide you with an accurate transportation quotation that meets your specific needs.
2. How do you determine whether to charge by volumetric weight or gross weight?
In most cases, if the volumetric weight of your cargo is greater than the gross weight, we will charge you by CBM. If your gross weight is greater than the volumetric weight, we will charge you by KG.
3. What is the calculation formula for volumetric weight?
The calculation formula of volumetric weight is:
Volumetric Weight = L (cm) x W (cm) x H (cm) / 6000.
For example, when the length of a carton = 48cm, width = 45cm, height = 39cm, then the volumetric weight of this carton = 48 x 45 x 39 / 6000 = 14.04kg.
Please note that if it is Global Express service, the factor divisor is 5000 instead of 6000.
4. Do I need to handle destination customs clearance?
No, you don't need to provide anything for customs clearance. We will clear the goods for you under our name and send them directly to your final destination.
5. Can you provide an MRN for UK e-commerce spot checks?
Yes. If you need an MRN to complete a UK e-commerce spot check, you can choose our DAP service. When you choose the DAP service, we can provide you with the MRN for your shipment.
6. What are the requirements to choose Postponed VAT Accounting (PVA) in the UK?
First of all, you must have your own VAT and EORI account. Secondly, when you choose PVA (Postponed VAT Accounting), you must also have VAT payment records for at least the previous three months.
