Regarding LCL shipments, do you charge based on CBM or KG?
In most cases, if the volumetric weight of your cargo is greater than the gross weight, we will charge you by CBM. If your gross weight is greater than the volumetric weight, we will charge you by KG.

What is volumetric weight?
The calculation formula of volumetric weight: volumetric weight = L (cm) x H (cm) x D (cm) / 6000. For example, when the length of a carton = 48cm, width = 45cm, height = 39cm, then the volumetric weight of this carton = 48x45x39/6000 = 14.04kg. But please note that if it is Global Express service, then the factor is 5000 instead of 6000.

When I choose DDP service, do I need to provide you some information for customs clearance, such as PI or my EIN?
No, you don't need to provide anything for customs clearance. We will clear the goods for you under our name and send them to your final destination.

How can you guarantee that my inventory sent to five different fulfillment from China will have the lowest rate?
We have Container Freight Stations (CFS) at major ports in the US, including Los Angeles, Long Beach, Chicago, Savannah, New York, and Houston. Your goods will just be one of many heading to well-known fulfillment centers. Take FTW1 as an example: when the container is loaded at our warehouse in China, only goods destined for FTW1 will be placed inside. Once the container leaves China, clears customs, and arrives in the US, the entire container will go directly to FTW1 without needing to be offloaded and sorted at another warehouse. This process is faster and more cost-effective.
